Raft Trilingual Montessori School is hiring a Montessori Guide / Early Childhood Teacher to work with infants, toddlers, and preschool children (ages 0–6) in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Bilingual / Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide early childhood education using Montessori methods

• Support infant, toddler, and preschool development

• Promote kindergarten readiness, independence, and social-emotional growth

• Maintain a safe, clean daycare / preschool classroom

• Assist with classroom management and daily routines

• Communicate with parents and collaborate with teaching staff

• Incorporate Spanish language exposure in daily activities (preferred)

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education

• Comfortable working with ages 0–6 (infant/toddler + pre-K)

• CDA (Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential) or willingness to obtain

• Bilingual Spanish (native or fluent) preferred

• Montessori experience or training a plus

• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented

2.中国高中毕业，有正规大学（国别不限）本科及以上学历，熟知中国历史、中文文学和中华文明，或者理工科的同学们能将数理化讲得条例清楚，生动有趣；

3.普通话标准，语言表达能力强；有一定的英语沟通能力（用于与家长沟通）；

4.接下来至少有一年及以上的时间会呆在伊萨卡（Ithaca）；

5.有在美的工作许可；

6.能通过美国学校工作人员背景调查；

7.能通过毒品检测等身体检查。

工作职责：

我们有以下岗位可供选择：

1.兼职中文教师，需要至少有3年中小学生中文教学工作经验；享受退休金等员工福利；

2.兼职理综老师，工作时间：周一到周四下午3:40-5:40；

3.兼职中文成教班老师，有教学经验者优先，工作时间：每周一到周四6:30-8pm；

4.兼职中文带班老师，工作时间：周一到周五2pm-6pm；

5.兼职艺术老师，艺术专业本科及以上学历，工作时间：每周4小时（每周2次，每次2小时）。

•  所有岗位试用期为三个月，试用期满后享受正式员工薪资待遇。工作满三年后可转为全职教师，享受保险和退休金。
